Love is patient, love is kind,

Felt when it is acted.

Something learned by observation,

Not inserted or extracted.

My heart beats with love from you

Flowed down to you from Him,

It has no boundaries or restrictions,

I will never find its end.

Immovable through disappointments,

Failures and success,

Your love made me strong

When I made my life a mess.

I hear your voices leave my lips-

Words of love and compassion,

Words that also hold the truth

That they mean nothing without action.

In my mirror, I see your faces

And everything that you are,

Reminding me of your closeness

When distance seems so far.

Your love has no corners

It knows no edges,

It is fully formed and realized

Far past outlines and sketches.
