Wedding Vows

Richard,

The day I first saw you, I knew you were going to be special to me. The night before I met you, I asked God to bring me someone that would help me, and if he was feeling up for it, to bring me the person that He made just for me. He did so much more than that. He brought me you. My life changed the moment you walked into it. You made me stronger, more honest, and even less afraid to be who I wanted to be and do the things I wanted to do. I never knew I could love someone so much. You brought joy into my life where it was missing. I couldn’t get anyone to see the Lion King in 3D with me, and you showed up to take me. You have made me feel loved and attractive and worthwhile, and it’s simply because you truly love me. Everything that I am. Without trying. I didn’t really know what I was going towards in life, but when I met you, it’s like the fog was lifted and even though there are still uncertainties on our journey, I now get to see you right beside of my all of the way. And I wouldn’t have anybody else. You don’t care when I burst out into song with Disney or Britney Spears or think my 17,000 song iTunes collection is a waste. And I return all of those feelings. Everything that makes you you is wonderful. I am so in love with everything that is Richard Tyler Johnson. I will be with you when things are good and when things are bad. I promise to always love you and accept you as you are and to be with you for the rest of my life and beyond. You are my love. You are my life.
